Hi! I am Jas and I am the founder of Guided Discovery Therapy.
I am passionate about empowering individuals to live the life they always imagined. As you know life is full of challenges but I believe the key to navigating it successfully, is through building our mental resilience. When our mental resilience is low, even the simplest things can feel impossible. Therapy is the best way to strengthen that resilience and my goal is to make you feel comfortable and supported throughout the process.

Starting therapy can feel daunting but I will help you to express and share your struggles in an open and accepting environment. I work in a transparent, non judgemental and honest way so that you always feel safe in expressing yourself completely. I hope that you can use therapy to empower yourself to make changes to your life so that you are always thriving.
